Royal Scot Catherine crystal glasses are hand cut in Stourbridge the spiritual home of English hand cut crystal. The Fuchsia intaglio cut pattern is a perfect match for an old Stuart Crystal pattern called Cascade, indeed some of the craftsmen that worked for Stuart Crystal are cutting these glasses.If you are matching the Stuart Cascade range then you need to be aware that whilst the cutting is identical, the shape of the glass is different, as is the stem which on the Cascade range was hexagonal.
